LUNA LOVES WILLOW WORKSHOPS IN THE COTSWOLDS
Luna Loves Willow workshops have been specially designed for people of all ages and abilities. Whilst Zoe draws on her educational training and creative expertise, these willow workshops are all about having fun, in a relaxed, safe and creative environment. All our willow workshops are based in hand-picked locations in the Cotswolds.

Booking Information - Directions and Things to Note
Here is some more information about the location of your workshop at Westonbirt Arboretum, The Create Escape Studio near Stroud, The Cotswold Range, Lechlade Craft Barn or Stroud Brewery - plus a few things to note.
Willow Workshops at Westonbirt Arboretum
Location: Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, Gloucestershire GL8 8QS
Time: 10am start – please arrive in good time to park and walk to the Learning Centre. 4pm finish.
Lunch: We take a 45 minute break at lunchtime. You can bring a packed lunch with you, or buy lunch from the cafe in the Arboretum.
Parking & Entry: There is plenty of parking on site. You don’t need to pay. On arrival, simply notify the staff that you are here for a workshop and they will waive the entry fee.
What to bring: If you have a pair of your own secateurs then please bring them. Otherwise there will be pairs you can borrow. Please bring extra clothing in case we are working in the outdoor space.

WILLOW WORKSHOPS AT THE COTSWOLD RANGE
Location: The Cotswold Range, Spine Road West, Cotswold Water Park, GL7 6GY
Time: 10am start- please arrive in good time, the Lodge is a short walk from the car park.
Lunch: We take a 45 minute break at lunchtime. You can bring a packed lunch with you or buy from numerous cafes, a short drive, within the Cotswold Water Park.
Parking & Entry: There is plenty of free parking on site, including disabled parking very close to the workshop Lodge. Best to Sat Nav to ‘The Cotswold Range’.
What to bring: If you have a pair of your own secateurs then please bring them. Otherwise there will be pairs you can borrow. Gardening gloves are a good option if available but not essential. Please bring extra clothing if we are working in an outdoor space.

Willow Workshops at The Create Escape Studio
Location: 4 Youngs Cottages, Hyde, Stroud Glos GL6 8PD
Time: Half day workshops are from 10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm. Full day workshops are 10am – 4pm.
Lunch: Please bring a packed lunch with you. At the moment we cannot offer tea / coffee due to Covid restrictions so please bring a flask with you.
Parking: Parking is limited at The Create Escape. There is space for street parking opposite the row of cottages.
What to bring: If you have a pair of your own secateurs then please bring them. Otherwise there will be pairs you can borrow. Please bring extra clothing in case we are working on larger sculptures outdoors. Gardening gloves are good if you feel more comfortable.

Location: London Road, Brimscombe, Stroud GL5 2BY
Time: Please refer to the specific workshop details upon booking. Some of the willow workshops are half days.
Lunch: Please bring a packed lunch with you, or depending upon the opening hours of the brewery restaurant and bar, you can eat on-site.
Parking: There is plenty of parking at Stroud Brewery
What to bring: Just bring yourself! Don’t wear special clothes.

Terms and Conditions
When booking a workshop, commission and buying gift vouchers from Luna Loves Willow.
To book:
- Your workshop booking will only be secured once full payment has been received.
- Upon booking, you will receive either an email confirmation, workshop information will follow via email, this can be posted upon request.
Refunds & cancellation policy:
- If you cancel a workshop more than 14 days before the date, we can issue a full refund, less 10% administration fee.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the date of the workshop does NOT qualify for a refund.
- At our discretion, we may offer a credit note to be used for another workshop or gift voucher to spend with Luna Loves Willow. In emergency situations, any refunds are at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. These can be redeemed at any time for workshops, commissions or shop items.
- In the event of Luna Loves Willow canceling a workshop or commission for any reason, including the possibility of low bookings, all monies will be refunded to the participants or customer.
- If the number of booked workshop participants is too low to cover the cost of venue hire, Luna Loves Willow reserves the right to cancel the workshop and offer alternative dates or locations.
- If you are unable to attend for legitimate reasons such as health or travel difficulties you will be offered an alternative date or gift voucher.
Privacy:
- By booking a workshop, your details may be used to contact you about future events and workshops at Luna Loves Willow. If you would like us to remove your details from our database, please let us know lunaloveswillow@gmail.com
- We are compliant with the new GDPR regulations and have updated our Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with any third parties. We will not bombard you with newsletters and you have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
General provisions:
- We may alter our Terms & Conditions from time to time and update them on our website.
